It was clean, safe and cosy. Personnel were friendly, breakfast was good. I would love to stay here if I would visit Lausanne again.

We liked the hotel, the connection to the metro is very good. It is also interesting to see the connection to the clinic, at breakfast and in the hotel you can see the muttis with your babies. We have never met anything like that before.

The bed was very comfortable and we could enjoy a nice view from our room. The staff is welcoming and very friendly. The breakfast was plentiful and very good!

I had an exceptional stay here from an incredibly warm and professional check in to the easy check out. The room was bright and spacious and perfectly clean. The bathroom as well. Amenities included a water kettle with tea and coffee, robe and slippers, and all the basics. The bed was new and very comfortable. All the lights were eco friendly which I really appreciated. I don’t think I so much as heard another guest it was so quiet and peaceful. And above all the staff were wonderful. The front desk was responsive and kind. The maids were lovely. And the breakfast staff were delightful. Speaking of breakfast, it’s the best offering and quality I’ve had in years to be included with the room. The views from the dining area are amazing and the breakfast has hot and cold options of a wide variety in a buffet style. The second morning we arrived to breakfast they were out of bacon and eggs but it was replenished in minutes. Finally the location is less than a block from a main underground tram line that can take you to the train station, cathedral, lakeshore, or other busses so we were 20 minutes maximum from the Prix. If I go back to Lausanne, I know where I’m staying.

I liked everything: the friendliness of the staff, the rooms, the views, the breakfast, etc.
