Comfortable room with a super breakfast. The room was big and clean. We had a superior room which came with a big balcony and a great view. The breakfast was one of my best breakfast experiences in any hotels ever. Big, comfortable, enough options and coffee machines, super kind staff, good view. The free transportation card was a useful touch, the parking on the -1 floor was handy. Huge parking spot.

Very nice stay and amazing view from the balcony, clean and comfortable room, very nice and friendly staff especially the person who has arranged the check-inn for me on 26/6 night shift but unfortunately I forgot his name, he is very cooperative and keen to explain everything about the city landmarks and the places to visit as well as the hotel procedure, nice breakfast with variety, price is reasonable somehow especially if you got hot deal on some booking app, location is far but there is very close metro so you can move everywhere easily, when you book with any hotel in Lausanne they will provide you with free transportation ticket/voucher in order to go anywhere using public transportation for free. I really recommend.

Very clean and spacious with a friendly and supportive staff. We had a room with a fantastic view. There was plenty of space in our room and the bathroom was very modern and clean. The breakfast was great.

Many thanks. It was a lovely stay and I found the room, service and breakfast to be tremendous. I also really appreciated staying in the same place as patients during an academic medical conference. It was a great reminder of our purpose. The location was also extremely convenient for the conference at CHUV. Appreciate the opportunity to have stayed there.

It's always a great pleasure to stay here. It's really clean, the staff is very helpful and nice. Equipment in the rooms is good: I love the beds, and it's nice to have a tea maker for the evening. Thank you very much.
