Overall we had a wonderful stay. The restaurant in particular was fantastic, we enjoyed the breakfasts and the dinners we had in the hotel. The proximity to the metro is great.

A Memorable Stay: Comfort and Service Combined The room was spacious and extremely clean. It was very comfortable and had great views. The restaurant offered a wide variety of dishes, and the staff was attentive to all our needs.

Overall good stay and very good location, with easy access to Lausanne train station. I like the location, easy to reach by metro. Staff is very nice and helpful. i liked the bigger rooms more than the double ones (I stayed here 3 times). good variety at breakfast. and I like that they have nets at the windows.

Lovely hotel, staff and location The staff were so friendly and welcoming. There was a great breakfast selection, the hotel is indeed very close the metro line so very easy to get places. Our room was bigger than most hotel rooms we have stayed in, with a beautiful view of the lake and mountains. Would stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel des Patients. Upon check-in, we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a larger room with a lovely view, such a great way to start our stay! The beds were very comfortable, and we slept really well. The breakfast was absolutely AMAZING. It’s all-you-can-eat with a huge variety of options: vegetables, fresh fruits, pastries, cereals: everything you could possibly want in the morning. Truly one of the highlights of our stay. The service was also excellent. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout. The location is a bit farther from the city center if you want to be right in the heart of everything. However, the hotel offers a free public transportation pass for Lausanne, which allows you to use buses and metros at no cost. There’s a metro station immediately nearby that takes you directly to Ouchy and the city center, which made getting around very easy. We definitely recommend this hotel!

Comfortable stay in a large, clean room and very tasty breakfast The room was very neat and spacious. view of Lake Geneva. Very quiet. Good bed. Easy shower and spacious bathroom. Coffee available. Free bottle of water. safe available. Very tasty breakfast. And parking for the car is available for a fee.

Wonderful holiday! I was very pleased! Very clean and bright, large room. The view is beautiful, covering the mountains, lake and city. The breakfasts are amazing. But the most important thing is that it is quiet and the beds are very comfortable. Thanks to booking for the free room upgrade! I was very pleased! I'd be happy to come again!

It's was an impressive experience our stay in the Hotel des Patiens. Wonderful accomodation - the room, the bathroom with all the ammenities, the great vue on the lake and in the Alpes ( despre the fog 😊). Kind and quick responsive staff. It's a great idea to offer a high level accomodation not only for CHUV clients but for the congres attendants and tourists also. For sure we will warmly recommend Hotel des Patiens to our friends for a trip in Suisse ( the rail station it's și close , we had only a day to visit Geneve). Congrats to you and your team and hope that in a sunny one day we will returna here !

We LOVED the hotel, the room, the breakfast, dining on the terrace for dinner and the superb service! We would definitely recommend this hotel for any stay in Lausanne. Great job on the part of all employees and kudos to all!
